I like the sound of [name_f]lyla [/name_f] / [name_f]lila [/name_f] better, and i prefer the spelling [name_f]lila [/name_f]. I prefer [name_f]lila [/name_f] in theory, but i do think [name_f]lyla [/name_f] is a bit more straightforward for pronunciation. Also for names that would go with layla being a middle name.

You could also spell it. [name_u]or [/name_u] even liela or [name_f]leila [/name_f]. It looks clean and graceful. I saw this on a baby name board and was surprised.
Also curious what is more common where you live… i love lila but feel like it’s most likely to be mispronounced especially outside of the us. Do people spell [name_f]lyla[/name_f] with and “h” at the end? Looking for names similar to layla. Looking for a girl name, our third little girl 🩷 we have hazel and evie, but have been struggling to find a name this time around.
